Join us for our Pitch Night and Investor Panel Discussion with Preeti Rathi, Principle Investor at Ignition Partners, an early stage business software venture capital firm that recently invested $10.8M in software firm, Azuqua.
Prior to joining Ignition. Preeti was at Opus Capital and Juniper Ventures where she invested in companies such as Edunav, Wickr, and Vectra Networks. She also has a strong operating background which included defining product strategy and roadmaps for $1B revenue products like the ASR 9000 Series.

Selected companies will have 5 minutes to pitch their company, including slide deck, to the investor panel. Questions and feedback from the investor panel will follow for an additional 5 minutes.
The event will start with a round-table discussion where our investors will talk about the fundraising process and what it takes to successfully raise funding.
Whether you are attending as an audience member or have been selected to pitch, all attendees can learn from these investors, their quality feedback and unique insights. Connect with these investors afterward during general networking, and create a relationship with them and their firms.

Prior to joining Ignition. Preeti was at Opus Capital and Juniper Ventures where she invested in companies such as Edunav, Wickr, and Vectra Networks. She also has a strong operating background which included defining product strategy and roadmaps for $1B revenue products like the ASR 9000 Series.
Preeti is passionate about working with and helping companies grow from seed or Series A startups to scalable businesses with significant traction. She is focused on investing in ML/AI companies that solve real customer problems. Her investments at Ignition include Tractable, a deep learning, computer vision company focused on expert AI tasks.
Bruce Schechter

He is an active advisor/investor in a variety of tech startups, including Life360 (50M+ users), Proformative, TreasuryCurve, and Simplure.
He is also the founder and President Emeritus of the Intel Alumni Network.
Bruce is active in mentoring student entrepreneurs at both Stanford (StartX Accelerator) and Purdue University.
Bruce received a BS in Physics and Math from Purdue University, where he graduated with Highest Honors and Phi Beta Kappa, and he received an MS in Computer Science from Stanford University.
Who Should Attend
In addition, startup founders and entrepreneurs who are NOT ready to pitch are welcome to attend as audience members and watch. This can be a highly valuable learning experience to better understand the pitch process and what investors look for, and learn from feedback given by the investor panel. Then, apply these learnings to your own startup!
