Renewal Policy for Monthly Membership Subscriptions
All Memberships to Founders Floor are set to a month-to-month auto renewal subscription cycle. We will charge or debit your payment method at the beginning of your Membership subscription. When we renew your Membership subscription, we will use the payment method currently associated with your account. If your credit or debit account has been closed or your payment method is otherwise invalid, your Membership subscription may not renew and your Membership may be cancelled. In certain cases, such as an expired card, our payment processor will contact the card issuing bank for updated information to allow the purchase to go through. You can view your payment method at any time by logging into your billing account.
Until you cancel, your Membership subscription will renew each month. You will be notified in advance of each renewal.
Monthly Membership subscription payments are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel, you must cancel your Membership no less than ten (10) business days before the next billing due date. Once you have cancelled, your Membership subscription will expire thirty (30) days from the last payment. Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded.
If you would like to cancel your Membership and stop the monthly Membership subscription from automatically renewing, you can do so by logging in to your billing account. Monthly Memberships must be cancelled no less than ten (10) business days before the next billing due date or one additional monthly Membership term may be charged. There are no cancellation fees, but no refunds are provided for pro-rated days within a billing cycle.
We reserve the right to revise the terms of these policies. Any changes made will apply to all memberships created or renewed after the date such change was implemented.
