Topic
In this session, you will be introduced to the 13 slide model deck and the purpose of each slide. We will also begin working on what is typically the weakest part of most pitches, the opening. You will learn about 10 options for a memorable opening to a pitch. In addition, we will also begin working on your one sentence answer to, “What does your company do?”
Nathan modeled the 13 slide deck after The Pitch Dr. David Rose, author of the New York Times bestselling book “Angel Investing: The Gust Guide to Making Money & Having Fun Investing in Startups”. David Rose is also founding member of the Space Angels Network, Managing Partner of Rose Tech Ventures and CEO of Gust, a collaboration platform for early stage angel investing.
