Don’t miss our Startup Matchup Networking Event on Tuesday, May 24 at 5:00 p.m. This will be both an in-person AND virtual networking event, what we call a hybrid event.

The Startup Matchup Networking Event is a structured networking event for startups, founders, entrepreneurs and others in the startup ecosystem to meetup-up, matchup and potentially work together. Whether you are an introvert or an extrovert, our structured networking format effectively connects you with others in the startup ecosystem.

WHAT IS THE FORMAT FOR THIS EVENT?

We make networking more efficient and effective by allowing you to search profiles of attendees who you most want to network with. You can then invite them for a scheduled 10 minute private 1-on-1 networking session, for which our system automatically helps with calendar scheduling and private zoom links. Schedule multiple 10 minute networking sessions on your events calendar with targeted people who share your same interests, making networking more comfortable, fun and productive!

Step #1 – Fill Out Your Profile & Search Attendees:
After you register, fill out your profile in our events platform with your picture, who you are, what you might need, and how you can help others in need. Then search the profiles of attendees who could help YOU, along with OTHER attendees who you could potentially help. Remember the network effect works best for everyone when we are ready to GIVE just as much as we GET.

Step #2 – Request A Networking Meeting:
We have created over 18 timeslots for you, each timeslot 10 minutes long, to meet 1-on-1 with other like-minded individuals. Request a networking meeting with other attendees, and our events platform automatically schedules the networking meeting with zoom links. Physical attendees who are meeting other physical attendees can meet at either Section A, B, C, or D in our large events room, just login to your zoom meeting at your scheduled time so you both can confirm your physical section to meet. Physical attendees who are meeting virtual attendees can find a more quiet section of the events room to take their zoom meeting at their scheduled time.

FREE PARKING

Street parking is available for free.

Where: Santa Clara St., North Market St., and St John St. are closest to Founders Floor.

Free parking is available at The Globe parking garage for 90 minutes. 

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

VTA Light Rail is right outside our building, and runs every 20 minutes making public transportation fast and easy.

Both the Mountain View-Winchester and the Alum Rock-Santa Teresa VTA light rail stop at the Santa Clara Station(s) which is located just a block away.

Refund Policy

You may request a refund up to 48 hours before the event. Unfortunately, any refunds requested less than 48 hours before the event cannot be honored. Thank you for your understanding.
